Cancellation Policy:

 Chalet  Pininoa is a small, unique chalet  We only take one party of guests at a time so cancellations can affect us greatly. For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 1 night will be charged.
 Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date: 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
 We will make every effort to re-book and if successful we will not charge you.

All charges will be debited against the credit card number, as supplied at the time the reservation was first made.

We will always try & accommodate any change in dates
In case of a no show the remainder of the days booked will be considered cancelled. "And full charges will be billed to the credit card."
